March 16, 2023 – Acivilate, Inc. is honored to be awarded as a Vendor for the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association’s 2023-2024 Technology Procurement Program. Today, the NCSA announced its second year of contracts on a large variety of technology used by sheriff’s offices, law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and local government agencies throughout the United States. This is Acivilate’s second year as an Awarded Vendor.

Acivilate is proud to offer its collaborative case management and supervision software, Pokket, to any agency throughout the country who wants to improve outcomes for its clients. Pokket is a network-enhancing platform suitable for a variety of applications involving the delivery of care in addressing the social determinants of health. During implementation, Pokket organically evolves to complement uniquely developed networks. This assists a network in maturing more rapidly while enhancing service delivery capability to the targeted population.

Pokket is a mobile-friendly secure cloud service that is inexpensive and quick to launch. It was designed by career technologists with decades of experience in the telecom, ISP, defense (including secret clearance), and information security industries, and its infrastructure includes AWS GovCloud storage, Microservices Architecture, and data encryption both in-transit and at-rest.

Pokket is available in both License and SaaS models.

The proceeds from all NCSA procurement programs go directly to support the sheriffs of North Carolina through ongoing support, education, and training. With every purchase you are helping support law enforcement; a win-win for your agency.
