June 25, 2024 – Acivilate, Inc. is honored to be selected to participate as a Vendor for the Virginia Sheriffs’ Association (VSA) 2024-2025 First Responders Supplies and Equipment cooperative purchasing program.

On Friday, 6/20/2024, the VSA announced their inaugural year of contracts on a large variety of technology used by sheriff’s offices, law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and local government agencies throughout the United States.

Acivilate is proud to offer Pokket, a collaborative case management and supervision software solution, and Restorative Justice Consulting & Training Services to any agency throughout the country seeking to improve outcomes for the citizens they serve.

Much more than a case management system, Pokket can also be used as a Co-response/Reentry intervention and coordination platform that enables frequent utilizers of emergency systems to self-serve. Pokket has been shown to reduce the number of police interactions for individuals who suffer with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Issues.

Pokket is HIPAA and CJIS compliant and available in both License and SaaS models.

Restorative Justice Consulting and Training Services are provided by our Criminal Justice Experts and Certified Law Enforcement Instructors. With over 40+ years experience in criminal justice operations and process management, Acivilate can assist in developing restorative justice systems in any sector of the Criminal Justice System. Examples of our work include benchmark assessments, change management, law enforcement training, restorative systems evaluation, and general technical assistance.

The proceeds from all VSA procurement programs go directly to support the sheriffs of Virginia through ongoing support, education, and training. With every purchase you are helping support law enforcement; a win-win for your agency.
